Industry Focus 2025 returns from Monday 3 March to Thursday 6 March, serving as the central hub for Scotland’s screen sector.
This year’s programme continues to match the exponential growth of industry Focus, featuring a host of panels, live pitches, and networking events with leading industry professionals from across the UK and beyond.
For the first time, we’re introducing an all-in-one Industry Hub, where all networking receptions, panels, one-to-one meetings, and live pitches will take place under one roof. Located in the heart of Merchant City, our new venue, The Social Hub, will be the centre of Industry Focus activity and events.
Our Industry Programme is at the heart of the festival, creating a bustling hub of activity during the festival dates and continuing all year round. This is where we forge connections, share fresh new thinking and nurture the filmmakers of tomorrow.
Industry Focus 2025 will run from 3 – 6 March 2025, and delegate passes are now on sale.
The full programme has been announced for Glasgow Film Festival’s annual Industry Focus. The four-day event brings together Film and TV professionals from the UK, Europe and worldwide for a packed programme of panel discussions, workshops, screenings and networking.
GFF Industry Focus highlights a range of topics geared towards all levels and sectors of the industry - from individuals seeking pathways into the industry, to established professionals - with a programme that provides a platform for professional development and a meeting place to help connect creatives with business delegates.
Highlights across the four days include talks from Creative Executive Sam Lavender whose work includes The Lobster and The Favourite, a keynote investigating the use of copyright in the age of AI, the inaugural Funny Features Live Pitch, and the return of the Book to Screen and Animatic live pitches.
Events are open to all Industry and Filmmaker delegates. To find out more about attending GFF as a delegate, head over to Accreditation.
